Welcome to Afreen (afreenqtr.com). By browsing or purchasing from our store you agree to these Terms & Conditions, so please read them carefully. We may update these terms at any time; changes take effect once published on this page.

Products & Pricing

All prices are listed in Qatari Riyal (QAR). We take care to keep product descriptions and photos accurate; colours may vary slightly depending on your screen. Products are subject to availability, and we may adjust prices or discontinue items at any time without notice — confirmed orders are never affected.

Orders & Payment

An order is confirmed once payment is completed successfully and a confirmation is received. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in cases such as a pricing or description error, unavailable stock, or suspected fraudulent activity — any amount paid is refunded in full if we cancel. Payments are processed through licensed, secure payment gateways; we never store your card details.

Delivery

Delivery fees and timeframes are as set out in our Delivery Policy. Please make sure your address and contact number are correct at checkout; delays caused by inaccurate details are the customer’s responsibility.

Returns & Exchange

Items can be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in their original condition and packaging, and accompanied by the receipt. Some items are excluded for health and safety reasons. See our Refund Policy for details.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the site for lawful purposes only, not to misuse it or attempt to harm the site or its users, and not to submit misleading information or impersonate others.

Intellectual Property

We work hard to keep information accurate and the service available, but we are not liable for indirect damages arising from using the site or being unable to access it. In all cases our liability shall not exceed the value of the order concerned.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Qatar, and the courts of Qatar have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
